Jeff, the help is free too and our user forum probably already had
the answers to your questions.( hint: it's archived on the CD's).

The difference with Vector is that since 1998 when IMService began to
distribute Vector to US and English speaking users, it has
consistently been improved to be more useful. Users problems are
addressed with documentation, improved tutorials, improved
functionality, and answers. Bugs are fixed and the developers ask us
to "try" to break new functions. If they break, they are rebuilt
before release. At the same time we have been permitted to continue
to offer it at a rock bottom price to hobby users. It is the only
cad-cam program that is available for under $700 US,
