Place a single line at the beginning( in the first row and cell is
OK). to set the preparatory motion command and feed rate, ie:

G01 X0 Y0 Z.1 F15

You won't need the G01 on the following lines as it is modal and the
controller will know what to do.

If all you want to do is follow the set of points, place them in
vertical columns of x-y-z triplets in the order to be cut.

2.0__3.0__4.0___

Insert a column in front(on the left side) of each set of numbers and
down fill the columns with the word address

X__2.0__Y__3.0__Z__4.0

Now you may be able to save as a text file and use directly, or copy
the cells to the clipboard and paste special into a Word document as
text only. Use edit-replace to remove any spaces.

Excel has approx 65000 row limit.
