best type of hub for pulleyts

Hi all,

looking for a XL pulley and it seems they come with a standard bore
that uses set screws, or a type called a Fairloc which looks like an
angled clamp with a screw that clamps on the shaft.

I'm not sure if the forces are too high or if these styles are fine.

I am hoping that I can get a secure clamping action and not dig the
shaft like set screws. I could file a flat if that would work. but
cannot do a keyway.

I am not sure how much pressure the plastic pulleys can handle with
the pressed in hub.

Any comments ?
