just a word of advise, buy all your pulleys with undersize bores and
have a "real" old time machinist
rebore them for you, browning and maurey (two of the larger suppliers)
both spec .004" runout,
waay too much for cnc applications, and a source of cyclical error that
bites most people in the ass at least
once.
