Dave, I been that route and have made my own XL pulleys, for sake
of arguement, I usaed plastic, and hubs come loose and there goes
your project, or someone elses work, that you have scrapped. I use
set screws,and made my own hubs, with a piece of brazing rod cut
short to be inserted in the hole before the set screw goes in, no
marring and a good strong hold, however they are just set screws in
aluminum. Those you descride I could'nt afford, and have 11 pcs,20
Teeth and 5 pcs 40 teeth, just a bolt circle,a drill bit, and a mini
mill, CNC'd ,HTH.
