Dave,
Step direction servos (g320) with fine encoder resolution need a whole
lot more pulses per second than a PC can supply to move a table at 200-
300 IPM. My retrofitted mills servos need 20K steps per inch. My max
rate with Mach3 is currently around 120 IPM. Original spec was 200.

There is a need for higher pulse rates.
