Excelent idea.

A signal could be sent to the multiplier, then a rapid sent that
'knows' it is 10x, then the a signal sent to go back to single step.

I'm sure that will be in some future software revision. it is easy
enough to do in both software and hardware.

I imagine it is on some wish list somewhere. if not, it should be.
