EMC has a continuously sliding scale. it has one setting for allowable
following
error at rest, and another factor proportional to velocity. The
instantaneous
allowable following error is the sum of the two. So, the faster you
command it to
go, the greater the allowable error. This allows for very small error
when moving
slowly, but allows a much larger error on rapid feeds. These two
parameters are
user-settable, and different for each axis, so you can set it as tight
or as loose as
you like.
