BOSS5 Where to plug the Geckos???

Hey groupies!,
It's been a while since I have posted. For the time being, I am going
to hold off on converting the BOSS over to servos. With the new Gecko
202s available, I will be using them to push the factory steppers
around....but here's the $6 million question: If using the factory
stepper power supply (which is like where?) where do I connect the
Geckos to power?

I'm pretty sure that I am supposed to pull power from a big capacitor
somewhere....which after I pulled out the tape drive I could see 4
big caps ~ One on left is blue with one terminal #72 (label missing
on other), and 3 silver caps that have a #39 terminal and #24, #26,
#28 respectively. After I powered up the big electrical box, I took
some readings on the #terminals that corresponded to the capacitors.
I got a voltage of 61.4-61.9v (seemed to flux a bit) when I probed
each pair. Do I pull power for the steppers off of these?

Any and all help is greatly appreciated!!! The sheer number of wires
and boards in there (side cab) makes it a bit confusing to know what
to keep and what to yank....any ideas, pics, links?
