Nothing to worry about there, as far as the caps are concerned!
Shorting large Computer Grade electrolytics will do far more damage to
the screwdriver than the capacitors.

(Not really a joking matter, shorting a 10,000 uF 100+ V cap can cause
a severe flash, burns and a wasted screwdriver, at the least! Also a
gunshot-
level noise!)
