That is the top end of our Globe servo motors w/ 500 line encoders
(2800 rpm). That equates to 45 ipm on a 20 pitch screw.
Our small router will initially be the same step rate with a 90 ipm
top end. Same motor.
If we went with a 4000 rpm motor, the step rate would be just over
120,000 steps per second. DeskCNC will still handle that rate as it
can go to about 125,000 sps.
Proven serial port/windows technology, the current generation has
now been in the field for over a year.
