Last I looked, Ohm's law still says Volts = Amps TIMES resistance.

The numbers you got look right, though. Just replace those "/"'s with
"*"'s.

This conversion is made with Ohm's law, in the form :
Volts = Amps/resistance

So, if you divide 11 uAmps by 1000 Ohms, you get
.000011 Amp /1000 Ohm= .011 Volt, or 11 mV.
If you desire a different voltage, you use a different resistor value.

Actually, it takes two identical copies of the same circuit, to convert
the two quadrature sine waves to two quadrature square waves. You feed
one of the sine signals to each comparator, and you get two digital
(square wave) signals out.
