I've just been through the wringer with another Rutex customer, and
the specs on the R2020 drive are outrageously inflated. He has had
3 drives burn up, and Rutex is supposed to be replacing them. They
also gave him instructions on how to prevent the problem from
recurring, but we have some doubt any of this will really fix the underlying
problems.
