using the free windows software and an RS232 serial port.
It works with any brush or brushless amplifier that accepts a ref+/-
analog control input (for example, an AMC BE15A8 or a Copley 503).
Sometimes you can find these on ebay really cheap...for example I
bought a brand new in box advanced motion control B25A20AC brushless
amp that runs off 120VAC for $26!
One thing I like about using the industrial style amplifiers is the
built in protections against over current, over voltage, short
circuit, etc.
