How would you compare Solid Works to TurboCAD?
I'm looking for an "affordable" 3D program and found TurboCAD Professional
12 with Mechanical Pack for $ 184.95 here (seems only for US and Canada):
http://www.academicsuperstore.com/market/marketdisp.html?PartNo=757772
I was planning on using it along with Mach 2 to drive my homebuilt CNC:
http://www.machsupport.com/
But then I saw TurboCADCAM 3.0 for about the same price as both softwares
above:
http://www.academicsuperstore.com/market/marketdisp.html?PartNo=735668
I'd like to remain under $500 if possible for a complete system; 3D
modelling and CNC control combined.
