Watching the video, my first thought was loose or flexing yoke. BP
yokes flex more than many folks realise. We've gotta remember that a
BP is really not a heavy duty mill.

Then I thought, "I oughta mention simply over-sizing the balls"
(since I believe you already mentioned that Hiwin is taking no
responsibility and hasn't been very accomodating?)

Anyways, seems like you're pretty close to getting it handled.

BTW, in the video it's pretty easy to think there's no Y motor, as
the motor housing can be seen as the floor, making for a somewhat
surrealistic effect...
