Digikey has several sealed keypads but you have your choice of their legend
or cheesey do-it-yourself inserts that go inside the keys.

Individual PCB keyswitches are about fifty cents each in quantity. Perhaps
the correct key legends (G,X,Y....) are available for these. Cherry is a
common brand for this stuff.
