Yes! Stay away from the blue ones with the Toshiba chips. They are total
junk.

For a low cost driver in the 3 amp range, it's hard to beat the
Hobbycncpro 4 axis kit for about $100. Note, it is a unipolar driver.
The same outfit has a 3 axis kit, as well.
Of course the best recommendation (cost, performance, and longevity) is
the Gecko G-540 at about $250.
If you can get by with 2 amps, the Pololu single axis driver is the
ticket @ about $13 per. But by the time you add a breakout board and
wiring, your not far off from the Hobbycncpro.
