Mike,
I am using NSK screws that I bought used from Bill Griffin, who is
here on the list and has a web site www.grifftec.com. I am very happy
with them, if your interested talk to Bill. I'll let him tell you
what he has on hand and what the prices are, I know the ones I bought
were considerably less than the price of new screws.
You might also look at the suppliers such a MSC, they sell screws
quite a bit less than the finished screws like Nook etc, but the ends
are not machined, it's just a lenght of screw, so you would have to
work the ends yourself or send it out to be done. Also the prices in
the catalog are seperate for the screw and the nuts.
