I had a similar problem with MAXNC and another site. Worked fine at the
office, BUT NOT on an OLD win 3.1 vers. Netscape at home. DNS files
sent me to another unrelated RED Chinese political site. New IPS, New
machine, new Windoz 98 2nd ed, new 4.7 Netscape, no more problems (no, I
didn't do it just for that). My old ISP suggested I verify the DNS
selections.
