I have some of those. Insulate the black and white wires,
then in bipolar mode:
- red and red/white are a pair
- blue and blue/white are a pair

I haven't measured their torque, but I was assuming around 150 oz-in.
If you use Mariss' Gecko G201 10 microstep drivers, then you'd have
1800 steps/rev, and using a 40 & 18 tooth pulley pair, you'd have
4000 steps/rev. Finally, a 5 TPI screw should give .2"/4000 =
0.000 05 " / step. (or a 20 & 18 tooth pulley -> 0.000 10" / step).

Note that Mariss suggests wiring the motors slightly differently.
