To all who responded,
Thanks
a) Courier
b) US postal service
shipped from the States, if shipping charges had already been paid by
the seller, do you get charged again on the receiving end for bulk
breaking, handling etc. etc. if you are located
i. In the States itself
ii. Outside USA ???
I feel very aggrieved if I had already paid the seller in the States,
who then have already paid the Courier firm (UPS, FedEx, etc), and
yet those **** here unilaterally levy charges on me again at rates I
have not agreed to. I feel it is very unfair, as I do not know
anything about this additional charge.
In case anyone misunderstands again, I am sore at the shipper, not
the seller.
Peter
Thanks
