Re: [CAD_CAM_EDM_DRO] Axis Re-set ?

Hi Jon,

If its a feature, I'm not sure its working correctly - or maybe I'm just not
understanding it right. When I was altering the files for Allan's 5-axis
setup I found that the 'A' axis, which had been working fine on my 4-axis
arrangement, had set itself to 28.34 and that this was echoed in the
'offsets' at the top right of that window.
When I tried to zero it using the right-click method, it changed to 56.68
and continued incrementing by 28.34 each time I tried to repeat the zeroing.
Where it got this initial figure from I have no idea but, once I had reset
the entry in the 'settings' file to zero, it seemed to behave itself. I
tried a G92 but it didn't seem to work. I'll have another look through all
the files later today when my brain is back in gear - its still reeling from
the unaccustomed effort of thinking about the files yesterday!! <G>
