Find out if they have a history of doing things like this - it won't
be easy, the laws make it very difficult, but it can be done. Then go
after their parents. You can sue for damages, and you can collect -
at least up to the limit of their parents liability insurance.

They are trying kids who do things like this as adults more and more -
a good trend I think.
