Are you in the states? Attempted murder (which is EXACTLY what they did) can
VERY MUCH be tried IN AN ADULT COURT here - if you're in Britain, I don't
know. Sounds to me like (again, if you're in the US) your District Attorney
needs to grow some gumption and do their job - even if the won't try them as
adults, that's EXACTLY what the Juvenile court system is for.

I'm most sorry to hear about your misfortune, and most thankful to hear that
your son is OK. I'll definitely keep you and yours in my thoughts and
prayers.

Please, let me know what else transpires here...
