First, I am sorry about your loss, and I hope no injuries are
permanent. Pursue legal remedies, please, somebody has
to keep the lawyers busy with legitemate lawsuits or they make
up spurious ones.

You didn't tell us if the kids come from rich families or poor.
Don't take your losses lying down if the parents have assets.

Whenever I hear stories like this, I always look at my kids
twice, once to think how much I love them, and a second time
to see if they could possibly grow up to do something like this
under peer pressure or whatever. Maybe I should increase
their beatings from once per day to two.
