Absolutely NOT! I want to be clear that what I suggested, and others have
also said, had NOTHING to do with "Getting some money" but it is the ONLY
way a private individual can get any measure of retribution, making amends,
getting any hint of regret, etc. out of people who do things like this. It has

already been pretty clear that the police, etc. don't want anything to do with
it. The only legal recourse we are left is suing people when they, or their
kids, do something that leaves us damaged.
