In the ini file, INPUT_SCALE is the steps per unit (inch). For steppermod
OUTPUT_SCALE is left at 1 and with freqmod OUTPUT_SCALE is set to the same
value as INPUT_SCALE. You reverse the axis by changing the sign of the value
in INPUT_SCALE.
