I'm working on a new tarball with all of these changes but the
emcdevelopers are working faster than I can. I had a problem with the
compile today and will try again over the weekend.

I do have some fixes for those who had trouble with some kind of emcsh.cc
connection error with the last and will try to incorporate the changes in
the next BDI binary.
