That's my thought. It's the increment that matters. I don't care how many
grid lines are on my desktop (or how many go by when I scroll) just that each
one is exactly 0.01" or whatever "even" metric amount, if that analogy works.

It's a < $10 part, Fred. Add a big black 30mm aluminum knob and you're
still under $15. The knob doesn't have a pointer because it's incremental.

Is this totally wrong?
