Must do same as Sig? Not necessarily true. He may not have the volume
needs of SIG. Or the same pricing structure in his "downstream"...
(i.e.,sell direct, rather than through distributors)

VERY often innovation comes from those who challenge the "accepted"
ways of doing things... (often taking advantage of some difference in
their product, market, or customers...)

Also, I do not believe he has shared enough of what he is trying to
do overall, that we may comment as to whether this project "makes
sense" or not... We have only seen a request for ideas for one
machine. Do we even know the final product OR his customers
wants/needs/desires?
