I can not offer any comparison data because I have not used WinDeskNC. I
can however field any specific questions you may have about Flashcut.
Flashcut is getting real close to releasing their 32 bit version. As I
understand it, Anyone purchasing now will also get the new version. I
have seen it and it certainly will address the few issues not available
in the 16 bit version.

Flashcut has built their reputation on solidly working software AND
excellent support. This is one of the reasons they been selected by so
many OEM's who were in search of a good trustworthy product.

Flashcut is more money yes, but it is a extemely stable system without
any bugs. Looking forward to the new release, Obviously, One would be a
fool to think that any new release of anything would be totally bug
free, but I have a hunch that quite a bit of beta testing has been done
on the new version to avoid problems. Based on Flashcuts history, If a
bug DOES pop into the picture with the new version, rest assured it will
be addressed promptly. I look forward to all the new features !
