Thomas! You sure? Couldn't that be a MILLILITER of water that equals a
gram??? As I recall reading somewhere, probably decades back when I was sick
in bed and had nothing better to do, there is a DIFFERENCE by a few molecules
of H²O between a "CC" and a "mL". The term "CC" is not "in favor" of the
S.I. folk, I understand! They were "equal" back before techniques were
dreamt up which enabled molecule-counting, I think...

Confusing? Once, I had a pharmacist on a bus regale about "units" and
"drops" and "grains" and "milligrams" and... If that had been my SECOND
time to hear any of that, he would be a corpse at this time! UGH!
