Charles,

The only problem with micro stepping drivers for use on cnc routers is that
we soon start to max. out the cnc controller. I will be using micro
stepping drivers on my new cnc router. I will have it set to 1,000 pulses
per rev. and the lead screw will have four turns per inch. This gives me
4,000 pulses per inch or 0.00025 inches per pulse.

I expect to still get about 200 inches per minute using cncpro.
