This falls into the 'don't count on it' category.

Threads and most metals have pits and gouges, espically cut threads.

Chances are that the epoxy will fill those little gaps and lock the
part solid. Very solid. Even release agents do not always allow
the epoxy to be released from the gaps and pits and scratches. That
means when you use the threaded rod as part of the threadform it may
lock in place.

I'm not sure if rotating the thread after some minutes/hours will
work.
