Re: DYNA 2400 SOFTWARE

I think I may have created some confusion with my last post by
talking about two diffrent types of software. The Firmware I
mentioned is in the form of two EPROM chips that must be purchased
from DynaMechatronics for $150.00. This is the software for a Dyna
2400c controller.

The second piece of software I talked about was DynaComm which is a
piece of software I'm writing to becom familiar with VB.NET and the
Dyna mill. DynaComm is in the public domain,I wrote it and you can
use it for free if you want to. It's basically a download / DNC
utility for a Dyna Mill or lathe, but the DNC part does not work yet.

As a matter of fact if anyone else has a mill or something that
accepts programs over a serial link and has the communication specs
I may even try and make it work for that too.
