  The Gecko is powered correctly and functioning.  All I am doing is 
taking the step wire coming to it from the Cam Soft stepper card and
replacing it with a step wire from the standalone pulse generator.
Next I should take the wire from the dir terminal (coming from the
stepper card) off and place a jumper from dir pin to the ground
terminal with a switch in series? Remember, this is being done by a
person who knows that you put the battery in with the plus side
matching the plus sign and that's about it...
Oops, I think I am using Way Lube. I will go to "Oils Are Us" and
get a checkup.
