Yes, Campbells breakout board if you aren't using one already.

Be advised that 320's can be jumpered internally for +5 common or
ground common. Read the manual and make sure you have them jumpered
properly. On older 320's you had to provide a reset signal on the
Error/Rst pin. Use the +5 from the encoder pin as the reset signal
(NOT the +5 from the PC)
