I have an ESAB PCM-875 hand-held that's accurate to about
.005. (I can pull it against a straightedge, and the only
irregulaarities I can see is where my hand faltered). I've
got it on my 'to-do' list to turn it into CNC, 'cause, with
no faltering, I'll be more than satisfied with .005
accuracy. If you keep the consumables clean, and in good
shape, the kerf is really impressive!
