Viewing the article on-screen is never the problem. The problem is printing the article. No matter what text size is selected for printing, some of the text and one or two of the drawings get moved "off-page" or formatted unpredicably into very narrow and unreadable "columns".

It appears the article can be printed correctly by translating it into a Word file - but this is awkward and should be unnecessary.
