Hi Lester, Bill,
Sounds like the Kress spindle I mentioned from Techo-isel
http://www.techno-isel.com/CNC_Routers/Spindles/variable.htm
The 900 Watt (1-1/4 HP) Kress Spindle is ideal for light cutting in
woods, plastics, resins, etc. This spindle has a thumb wheel, which
allows the operator to manually adjust the rpm from 8000 to 24000.
Feature:
-1-1/4 Horsepower motor
-110V AC or 220V, 1-phase optional
-8000 to 24000 RPM
-1/8, 1/4 Collets included
-Collet wrenches
-Mounting accessories
I couldn't get a quote from them.
