Make sure you measure the slot. There are clamping kits availalbe
from a few sources, check to see if they are all the same or if some
have different features. LMS should have the exact thing, but Check
Grizzly to see what they offer.

I made my own tee-nuts for my tool post grinder recently. Very simple
with just a lathe.
