Graham, I came up with the idea after finding that Google has a
service which allows people to post questions in many fields of
expertese, one of which is science and engineering. The people
answering are registered with Google, and get $25 if the answer is
acceptable to the poster. You might consider becoming one of their
experts.

The information I learned from you about RAINNEA CNC, and ELTE was
