Is this IB/E Proxxon spindle what you are talking about?

What do people think of the DeWalt DW670 Trim router?

A little bigger then I'd like, but I've got one designed into my "Baby PCB
Router" that I'm working on. It's now bolted onto the finished Z axis. I
just need to make up some spacers for the stepper mounts; and some shaft
couplers.

I've also designed a mounting clamp for use on the Sherline mill.

EAS driver and opto boards are built, and a prototype USB "black box" for
USB-CNC has been "milled, not etched", and is working.
