  Johann,
Well, a couple of things pop into mind that the others have already
stated.
1) A drill motor isn't suitable for side cutting as the bearings are
not configured to handle the side loads.
2) The speed is going to be too low for any serious cutting. Some
CNC routers and other machines have spindle speeds of 100,000 RPM
and more. Typical home shop stuff is using routers and dremel tools
which run 10,000 to 20,000 RPM.
3) That "Shuttering" you describe is slop, it is a sure fire way to
break tools.
General opinions and comments...
Many of the "Machines" (and other products) coming out of mainland
China these days might look like a machine (or other product),
however, that does not mean it will perform like it.
In the case of your machine, I suspect it looks like a CNC mill, but
that doesn't mean it is going to perform like one. This is often
the case with home-made machines. In your case, I suspect you will
find a lot of slop in the way-saddle areas of your machine. The
drill motor spindle has lot's of slop in it. The drill chuck has a
good amount of run-out, and so on.
What is a "LOT" and "Good Amount"? Well, .001" of run-out or slop
is enough to destroy small cutters in an instant.
Perhaps you could post some photos of your machine?
