Johann,
What type of bits are you using, hss, carbide, carbide tip, diameter, number of flutes, up
down straight? And what depth are you cutting for a given bit diameter? What is the
spindle hp rating and rpm?
Have you calculated the cutting speed for the bit based on chip load and rpm for your
material?
