Great! I was worried that there was a malfuction, but I just
had to manually crank the axes into the center of the workspace
and then the error condition cleared up.

I have a lot to learn on how the board conveyor and work stops
are supposed to be used. I don't think it would take too long
to get it placing parts, but I don't have any facility for
applying the solder paste or reflowing the boards, yet.

What are you doing for that?

I see a solder paste dispenser is available, but this machine
didn't come with one. (I still have to go through all the boxes
of extra stuff, there could be one in there.)
