Hi Mark,

The stencil I use is 4mil mylar from http://www.smtstencil.com/

When I got it made I had the 4 panel mounting holes put onto the paste mask
file that I sent.

As the mounting holes are 3mm, I got some 3mm dowel pins and mounted 2 of them
into a piece of MDF. THE PCB panel was located on the Pins, then the mylar
stencil was then placed on the 2 pins. Perfect Alignment. I then used spare
PCBs to pack around the panel. A plastic putty spatula and some paste finished
the job.
