I have 3 manuals (prog/op, service, parts). The prog/op manual
seems to be generally applicable. I haven't even looked at
parts. The guy scrapped out a CSM66 and sent me the electronics
box. He said it was totally compatible with the CSM84. Well,
the CSM84 I have has a bunch of little boards covered with
discrete parts and dozens of trim pots, with a maze of wiring
running all over the place. The scrapped box had about 5 big
boards in it, with several large digital chips and not a pot in
sight. And, VERY clean internal wiring. So, no WAY are these
two boxes "compatible". I fear the service manual applies to
the scrapped machine, not the one I have. I am communicating
with the seller to see if he has the right manual.

OK, I have a laser photoplotter, and a board etching system that
I rarely use. I am pretty sure I can make photomasks and etch
.005" brass shim stock to make a paste stencil.

Great, I've seen some stuff about Oster 5900 (or maybe 5600)
toaster ovens working out well. I could probably do 2 of my
small boards at a time in one. I'm bidding on some ramp and
soak temp controllers on eBay, so far without success.

The manual (may be for CSM66 and/or later generation machines)
shows different dispensers for paste and glue.
