On mine the step size on the parts feeders is quite crude several thou, but
the tweezers push it into align.
The PCB table and head arm use offset rollers rather than lead screws and
just turn a polished shaft, we discussed these on here the other day.
Someone even sent me a link to the manufacturer, but apparently they slip a
little which will be why there are glass slides on these axes.
